 Chongqing, southwest China, is located on the banks of the famous Yangtze River.

 Chongqing's Donghuimen Bridge, which spans the Yangtze.

 During my weeklong stay here it has often been cloudy and rainy, likely due to the nearby mountains.

China -- southeast to southwest

 This trip is a little more rushed than usual because we're heading on to Tokyo and Guam soon, but thus far it's been great. Ningbo is a pleasant city south of Shanghai, about a 7-hour train ride from Beijing.
